Salary: £25,959 to £29,217 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Sunday

Location: 42-44 High Street, Swanscombe, Kent, DA10 0AB

(you will be required to work and travel to other retail shops)

 

Are you a retail Manager looking for a development opportunity within a multi-site environment?

As a Retail Cluster Manager, you will have a background in retail and have experience in a multi-site environment. You will lead the shop managers across the different retail shops to drive sales to achieve strategic objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Collaborate with the Head of Retail to plan, set, and manage the annual retail operating budget, taking corrective actions as needed.
  2. Ensure your teams are delivering as per the strategic plan and in line with company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the commercial performance of each shop with your remit and E-commerce division, reporting to the Head of Retail regularly.
  4. Oversee retail property management matters, ensuring compliance and maintenance of property databases.

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing, supporting and resourcing a geographically dispersed team through setting and monitoring objectives and targets.
  • Proven experience in managing and setting budgets
  • A good understanding of retail management and the challenges of working within the voluntary sector
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.

Administrator

Administrator

Salary: £22,704

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9-5 pm)

Location: Office-based at Gravesend, DA11 7HQ

 

Do you have great customer service, a friendly, approachable manner and confidence in administration? If so, we are looking for someone just like you!

As an administrator, you will be confident working across both clinical and non-clinical teams, handling queries, and telephone calls and managing a shared inbox. You will be based between the hospice ward and on-site office so the capacity to navigate challenging circumstances and situations is essential.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Entering and extracting information via the patient electronic records system.
  • Managing queries relating to the administration team, hospice departments, and external parties.
  • Scanning, filing and printing as required.
  • Taking calls and recording patient information and colleague messages where relevant.
  • Completing statutory and mandatory training.
  • Perform administrative duties to support the Inpatient Ward.
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks

 

Essential requirements:

  • Experienced in the use of databases and inputting of data.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
  • Demonstrable experience in administrative/office environment.
  • Proven familiarity with Microsoft Office suites.

Are you an experienced ecommerce manager looking for an opportunity to support your local charity?

As an ecommerce manager, you will have a background in ecommerce operations and experience managing multiple sites. You will lead teams across various locations to optimise ecommerce operations and achieve strategic objectives and targets.

  • A good understanding of ecommerce management and the challenges of working within the voluntary sector.
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing channels (Socials, ebay, email, etc)
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
