I Care for Someone
It’s never easy to watch a loved one go into hospice care. We understand that hospice care is a delicate and difficult time for not only our patients, but also for their family and carers. If you have a loved one in our care, we can offer you support and advice through a number of different groups, events and services to help you get through what can be a very difficult time. From Wellbeing Services like bereavement support, spiritual care and different forms of therapy, and a variety of events, our hospice family support efforts take into consideration the sensitivity with which your needs must be met.
We also provide ongoing support for carers which includes courses and development. Carers perform vital and fulfilling services which can be very challenging. We believe that by providing support of all types of carers, they are able to provide loving and compassionate care to patients and their families.
