Ride Together: More Than Just a Cycling Event

Get ready for an fun day of cycling at our brand new joint event. Cyclopark Charity & ellenor have teamed up to bring you an inclusive event designed for riders of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or simply looking for a fun family activity, this event offers something for everyone.

By taking part, you’ll be helping to raise vital funds for ellenor and Cyclopark Charity, two local charities committed to supporting people in our local community, promoting wellbeing, and making a real difference to those who need it most.

🚴‍♀️ Three Rides. One Great Cause.

We’ve got three fantastic experiences lined up across different sections of Cyclopark’s closed road circuit — giving you the freedom to challenge yourself, enjoy precious family time, or let the little ones enjoy a safe and fun ride at their own pace.

All rides take place on a smooth, traffic-free, pothole-free surface — the perfect setting to enjoy cycling safely, whatever your age or ability!

Choose Your Ride

Open Ride

⏰ 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
💥 Take on the 10-lap challenge — each lap is 2.1km featuring healthy climbs, flowing descents and technical hairpin turns. Can you conquer the full 21km in under an hour?
👤 Who Can Ride: Confident, capable cyclists aged 8 yaers and over only. No stabilisers or assistance permitted.
💷 Entry: £15.00 (Adults 16+), £7.00 (Children 8–15)

Family Ride

⏰ 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM
🚴 An hour of shared adventure! Ride together on a shortened route (approx. 1.2km per lap) with a gentle climb and descent — designed for riders of all ages and abilities to enjoy. How many laps can your family complete in an hour?
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who Can Ride: Adults and children of any age capable of riding a pedal bike.
Children in bike seats or trailers ride free
All children must be accompanied by a participating adult
🎟️ Ticket Options: £15.00 per adult £7.00 per child £35.00 Family Ticket (up to 2 adults + 3 children)

Little Legs Ride

⏰ 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
🎉 A specially designed, flat and secure loop perfect for under-8s using balance bikes, scooters (non-electric), or bikes with stabilisers. This ride is all about fun, confidence, and having a go!
👣 Parents/carers are welcome to walk alongside their children for encouragement and support.
🏁 Optional fun skill challenges and play-based obstacles to explore!
👶 Who Can Ride: Children aged 8 years and under using balance bikes, stabilisers or scooters
💷 Entry: £7.00 per child

🚲 Bike & Helmet Hire

Bike hire is not included but can be added during registration, subject to availability. The cost to hire an adult or child bike is £10 per bike, and a balance bike is £5. Bike helmets are not included in the hire price but can be booked separately if required. Please note that helmets are mandatory for all riders. Bike and helmet hire must be booked in advance as availability on the day cannot be guaranteed.

All paying participants will receive a finisher’s medal to celebrate their achievement

There’s no minimum sponsorship, but fundraising is strongly encouraged. When you sign up, a personal fundraising page will be created for you automatically — share it with friends and family and help us make a bigger impact in the local community.

Before You Book – Please Note:

The track is closed to general use — only registered participants can ride.
Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while at the venue.
When booking for the Family Ride, child tickets can only be added after an adult ticket is selected. If you need to add more children later, please call 01322 626 509.

Key Reminders:

You acknowledge that all participants enter this event at their own risk and that ellenor and Cyclopark are not liable for any injury or loss that may occur as a result of participation.
Helmets are mandatory for all riders.
All bikes/scooters must be in safe working order.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while at the venue.
The track will be closed to general use — only participants in ticketed rides will be allowed on the circuit.
Registration fees are non-refundable, so please check your diary before booking.
All paying participants will receive a medal.
This is a sponsored event so fundraising is encouraged for ellenor & Cyclopark Charity.
Bike & Helmet hire is not included but can be added on for an additional fee during registration subject to availability.
