Order your Real Christmas Tree

We're branching out to bring you Tree-mendous real trees to make your Christmas even more special this year. By purchasing your real tree from us, you'll also be helping us to care for patients and their families in your local area.

This year, we are happy to say we are working in partnership with SFRA LTD who are providing our Christmas Trees with no risk to ellenor as any unclaimed/ unsold Christmas Trees will be returned. ellenor receives 25% from the sales of all trees. All of SFRA LTD's trees are premium grade, non- drop Nordmann Firs. 

Christmas Trees will be available for collection at our Christmas Fair, Saturday 30 November 11.00-15.00 where you will also find stalls, crafts, refreshments and of course Santa.

Christmas Tree Recycling

Every year, a staggering 250 tonnes of Christmas trees are sent straight to land fill. This year, ellenor is offering a greener alternative. 

As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we will be collecting and recycling your real Christmas trees.

Life After The Tree

We are confirming where you trees will be recycled to after we have collected them. Check back soon to find out how and where they will be recycled to.  

It couldn't be easier to book your tree collection slot, follow the simple steps below:

• Check our list of locations by scrolling to the bottom of this page to make sure that our helpful elves are visiting your area.
• Pay £15 which ensures your tree to be collected and recycled of.
• On the morning of your delivery day, leave your Christmas tree outside your property by 8am making sure it is easily accessible.

We will let you know of your collection date by the beginning of January.

Please leave your Christmas tree in an accessible place outside your property by 8am on your collection date.
