If you are an executor for someone who has left a gift in their Will to ellenor, or are administering a Will, we are here to help you. Although we cannot give legal advice, we understand there can be a lot involved in the process, and so please feel warmly welcomed to get in touch if there is anything we can support you with.

When paying in a legacy gift, we ask for the following details (this is to ensure we meet compliance requirements) -
- The full name and address of the person who left the gift to ellenor in their Will.
- Their date of death.
- Your contact details so that we can confirm safe receipt of the payment.
In addition -
If the gift is a percentage or share of an estate (known as a residuary gift) we also require –
- A full copy of the Will.
- A copy of the Grant of Probate notice.
- Copies of the draft and final estate accounts.
If the gift is a sum of money (known as a pecuniary gift) we also require –
- A copy of the Will (or the clause in the Will that mentions the gift to ellenor).
