At ellenor we understand how deeply a bereavement can affect you, recognising that significant dates – like Christmas – can be really challenging for many people. How difficult it can be talking about your loss. What it’s like to be laughing one minute and crying the next. The loneliness, sadness, anger, joy. You may feel all these emotions, and that’s okay, there is no right or wrong way to feel.

Because we know how hard things can be, we’ve chosen to make Lights of Love a free event – so as many people as possible can get the support they need. There’s something really comforting about being with people who know what you’re going through.

We would love to see you there.

Our Lights of Love service is open to everyone, regardless of whether your loved one was cared for by ellenor.

This year if you donate £50 or more towards Lights of Love, you will receive a beautiful crystal bauble, engraved with your loved one’s name. The bauble will be displayed at our Lights of Love event on 7th December, ready for you to take home and hang on your own tree for many Christmases to come.
