I can’t start my day without… strong coffee!
My life motto is… just because you don’t have a bed, doesn’t mean you can’t play a good game.
I boost my well-being by…taking time out for myself on a daily basis to reflect.
What makes me laugh is… bad dad jokes.
My biggest weakness is… not being able to say no to food!
Introvert or extrovert… Both.
Who inspires you the most and why? …anyone who goes out and gives it their best on a daily basis, people who rise against the odds and does what it takes.
A piece of advice I’d give to my younger self is… life will take you to come crazy places, have faith in yourself and keep going.
How are you currently preparing both physically and mentally for upcoming competitions and future events in your sport?
I am currently focusing on a lot of different races in a short space of time. I have races that go from 1 mile to a full marathon. I’m focusing on each race at a time and hoping I can give my best in every one of them.
What are your long-term hopes and aspirations in your athletic career? My long-term goals and hopes are winning a Paralympic medal before I retire.
My next big ambition is ... To compete at the 2028 Paralympic Games in 2028, but between then and now, I hope to reach and stay ranked in the top 10 in the world.
