The collaboration will see us working together towards raising money and awareness of what we do for local people and their family after a life-limiting diagnosis.
From now until March 2028, ellenor and Dartford Football Club will launch a series of initiatives to raise awareness and support the services we provide to patients, their families and the community.
The tie-up involves a number of generous offerings from the club, including naming ellenor as its Community Stand Sponsor. If you’re at the club, take a look at the advertising which ellenor has scored pitch-side, in the stadium and programmes, and on social media.
Fans will be able to empty their pockets in collection pots and QR codes, or if they don’t carry cash, there will be QR codes for a digital donation placed around the club - at Princes Park Stadium.
And that’s not all – Dartford FC will also be putting in a good word for ellenor, promoting the charity and its services for people across North Kent including Dartford residents, encouraging partnerships amongst its network. ellenor will also be a guest at various club events and hosting their own events.
Through the partnership with Dartford FC, both organisations hope to highlight the number of ways that football fans and Dartfordians can make use of ellenor’s facilities and support the hospice too.
As well as inpatient and at-home care for people with life-limiting illness, we also have a range of wellbeing and therapeutic services such as play and music therapy, and counselling.
Although the hospice is based in Northfleet, it serves people in Dartford too – and not just the patient – their families too if they also need support.
