ellenor hospice, a leading charity providing care and support for individuals living with life limiting conditions, is exited to announce its plans to utilize drone technology to capture captivating aerial footage of the construction process of its upcoming Wellbeing Therapeutic Wing.
As part of ellenor’s commitment to transparency and innovation, the charity has appointed Immersive, a renowned marketing services provider, to document the construction process of its upcoming Wellbeing Therapeutic Wing. The use of drones will allow for the capture of stunning aerial footage, providing a comprehensive visual record of the construction process.
Anna Wilson, ellenor’s Capital Build Project Lead says: “We are thrilled to announce our use of drone technology to capture aerial footage to document the construction of our new Wellbeing Therapeutic Wing. This innovative approach will provide an unprecedented view of the build and allow us to share the progress and impact of the project with our local community.
The drone footage will also serve as a visual documentation that can be used for promotional materials, educational purposes, and future reference. The immersive aerial perspective will showcase the design elements, construction techniques and planned facilities of the Wellbeing Therapeutic Wing, highlighting the improvements it will bring to patients, families, and staff.”
The Wellbeing Therapeutic Wing represents a significant milestone in ellenor’s commitment to providing improved care and support for patients, families, staff and volunteers. The state-of-the-art facility will feature modern amenities, including new counselling rooms, upgraded play therapy rooms for children, and a spacious multipurpose area for therapeutic activities. Furthermore, it will serve as an educational hub for health and social care professionals offering specialised training in palliative and end of life care.
Immersive’s Director Gavin Jones says: “Immersive are pleased to be partnering with ellenor to provide aerial photography and video to document the new build progress.
Using the latest drone technology, we will be regularly visiting to create imaging so everyone can be kept up to date with this exciting new project.”
