Supporter Development Manager
£34,000 per annum
37.5 Hours per week
We are recruiting for an exceptional and experienced fundraiser to work closely with the Head of Fundraising to lead our Individual Giving Program. This post is also responsible for delivery and growth of our hospice lottery and the stewardship of In-Memory and Legacy gifts from our supporters.
The postholder’s portfolio raises approximately £1.2 million each year for ellenor. We know we can grow this and we are looking for someone whose ambition can match ours. Join us as we focus on continuing to build our supporter base significantly over the next three years to increase our income in this area by 25%.
The Supporter Development Manager will be responsible for delivering this annual income target and will devise and implement strategies to build an annual, multi-channel campaign schedule that includes a variety of acquisition, development and retention activity.

The organisation has in-patient and outpatient and Living Well services at Northfleet, comprehensive Hospice at Home services and a range of out-patient and community services all supported and delivered through a multi-disciplinary team.
