Every year, a staggering 250 tonnes of Christmas trees are sent straight to land fill. This year, ellenor is offering a greener alternative.
As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we will be collecting and recycling your real Christmas trees once more! 2023 collection dates will be out second year of this campaign and we look forward to seeing you again.
We may have a special guest join our collections on the second of January so keep an eye out to see who it might be!
Once all the trees have been collected, they will then be delivered to Meopham PYO and chipped.
The chippings will then be bagged by our volunteers and available to buy directly from Meopham PYO. The chippings will also be donated to local clubs.
