Packs can be collected in person at the hospice from Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm. Alternatively, you can download an order of service below.

Online Lights of Love Service
Join us to remember and celebrate

We invite you to be part of our special service of remembrance – Lights of Love.
Join us in celebrating the lives of everyone we have lost – and help us give precious care and support to local families.
Our online service will include short readings and carols, with the highlight being the switching on of the Lights of Love on our large Christmas Tree, each light shining in memory of someone very special.
Our Lights of Love service is open to everyone to watch, regardless if your loved one was cared for by ellenor - our service is open to all.
Making a dedication
If you would like your loved one's name to be added to our Book of Remembrance which will be available to view at ellenor hospice from January 2023, please call our Supporter Care team on 01322 626 509.
Small Print
- To ensure your loved one's name is included in our Lights of Love Service, please make your dedication by Monday 5 December. We may not be able to include names received after this date in the Presentation of Names at the service.
- If you would like your dedication to appear in the Presentation of Names in the online service, please do not tick the opt out box on the Dedication form.
- In order to receive your Service at Home pack you will need to register for the online event using the registration link before 12 December, each pack will include 2 remembrance candles and an order of service.
- You only need to register per household, so if you have family joining you in your home to watch the online service you will only need to register once, with your details.
- You don't need to register to watch the online service - everyone is welcome, and the Order of Service can be downloaded using the link above.
