Every Thursday, you can find Andy and his Seated Exercise class on Facebook Live. This is an enjoyable class which you can join from the comfort of your own home and at a pace that suits you.
No need to login to Facebook, simply head to the ellenor Facebook page on Thursday just before 11am.
TAKE PART
This bereavement support group will give you a chance to meet new people, see familiar faces and enjoy a brisk walk and hot drink with newly-made friends.
Walk is approximately 5.3 miles with a break at Jeskyns' Cafe.
