IT Service Desk Assistant

 

 

No one can manage without IT!

 

We are looking for a volunteer to help with minor IT issues such as log ins, password reseta and printer issues. Also to monitor the help desk and field calls with our 3rd party suppliers.

 

We are looking for someone with good IT infrastructure skills as a minimum and with good communication and customer service skills and familiarity with helpdesk and system procedures. If this sounds like you and you have hours to spare (ideally on a Monday or Wednesday) - get in touch. We would love to hear from you! 

 

Training will be given on our systems as required.

  

This volunteer opportunity will be based at our Hospice in Gravesend although travel to our other sites may be required.
